Sussex Taekwon-Do
Our Taekwon-Do Schools are currently run by two ITF recognised International Instructors, with a combined training experience of over 45 years.
Literally means 'The Art of Hand and Foot'
Born on the 11th Aprill 1955, Taekwon-Do was the creation of General Choi Hong Hi, of the South Korean Army. It was developed as a combined martial art for Korea to replace Karate at the end of Japanese rule.
